Version 1.3 Release

Hello everyone!

This update contains lot's of changes, so I will go through them!

First off, there are 5 more levels to play! The levels involve ramps! Upwards ramps, downwards ramps, yes this may not sound exciting, but it's there!

Next, the start screen is now more than just a black grey screen, you now can see yourself racing down a simple road.

Finally, while this is embarrassing, now have a pause menu! You can now access it by pressing the Escape button.
